Kristen is no stranger to anxiety, low self esteem and stress. Several years ago, out of the blue she became crippled with panic attacks that manifested into Generalized Anxiety Disorder. At the time, she was going through an overload of stress with selling her house, her catering business and it caught up with her.
A woman who is a wife, a mother of 2, a successful business owner for 19 years, never saw this coming. She began to fear what she once loved; she avoided things and became a prisoner in her own life.
Kristen is very educated and she studied anxiety and never thought that it would happen to her, but anxiety does not discriminate.
She spent months on the couch, not eating, vomiting when she did, praying that someone or something would get her out of this. Having difficulties driving and that constant adrenaline running through her body was like a living nightmare.
She could not live like this anymore; she knew something had to change. She started trying new things that would soothe her, she kept her sense of humor which was key, she finally, after many trials and failures at relieving the symptoms, she came up with things to help her change her thinking, her reactions and her well being.
Kristen kept fighting until she succeeded and in the end, that horrific time in her life turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to her, in this, she found her true purpose and that is to help others. She now lives with confidence, tranquility and is living her dreams and she thrives to have everyone else do the same.
Kristen has her Master Life Coach Certification, Master Spiritual Coach Certification and Wellness Coach Certification.
Kristen is in constant search for ways to better lives. She is caring, understanding, non-judgmental and truly dedicated to helping others live the life of their dreams.
Kristen has been coaching people all of her life, but professionally for nearly 6 years. As well as holding certifications by the Certified Coaches Alliance, she is also certified by the International Coaches Federation.
